1. For unsuccessful bidders:

  After the bid opening, the Customs provides the following ways to refund the bid bond without interest : 

  (1)The bidder shall go to Taipei Customs to take the check in person.

  (2)The bidder authorized Taipei Customs to sent the check by mail.

  (3)The bidder authorized Taipei Customs to transfer to the bidder's own account directly(please attach a copy    of the front of the bankbook when bidding).

2. For winning bidders: 

 After paying for the goods in the time limit, the bidders shall apply for the  return of the bid bond by the above three procedures.
