Complaint Management
  1. All complaints from the public will be effectively dealt based on the “Operational Directions Governing the Handling of Complaint Cases of Customs Administration and Its Subordinated Offices” and the “Operational Directions Governing the Handling of e-mails of Taipei Customs.”
  2. Counseling rooms are established for the designated customs officers to communicate with the public for the purposes of settling conflicts and reducing litigations.
