1. Bidders shall, according to different groups and bid bonds, go to the Taipei Customs office  to deposit the bid bonds (Cheques or demand Certified Cheques) and receive bidding forms on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday  (at the Legal & Seizure Affairs Division of Taipei Customs  office)  of the week that the bidds will be opened. Those who fail to deposit bid bonds shall not bid.

2. Bidding forms shall be posted by prompt registered mail to us before 12:30 a.m. on the day of the bid opening. Each person (company) shall  only use one form and must affix the seal of the bidder on the form.

3. Different bidders shall not post with the same envelope.
