If you are not satisfied with the disposition , you may, within 30 days commencing from the next day of  receiving the punishment notice is served, specify the requirements, the facts and the reasons in the form “Application for Review”with your signature and submit it to the Customs of original disposition,or apply through Customs Clearance Service website.
