The export parcel for repair is supposed to be examined by Customs before being sent to other countries. Please come to our office with your parcel and fill out the declaration form for repairing items. The description of goods (including brand, series number, and specification etc) are required to be declared. The original copy of declaration form for repairing items shall be submitted when the repairing parcel is re-imported.

For re-importation of the goods sent abroad for repair, the actual cost of repair shall be taken as the basis for the calculation of duty.
