According to Article 3, Item 1 and 2, Regulations Governing the Bonding Operations in Science Parks , after got the “authorized self-check and inspection bonding operation personnel signature card”approved by the investment division , Science Park Administration, complete the seal examination of bonded goods account books formalities at the Customs Office and then apply for the supervision and control by Customs.
