"Express carrier" refers to any profit-seeking enterprise engaged in business of forwarding and delivering air express consignments. An express carrier has to submit the following documents to Customs for registration:

Application form: The application form shall state the name, address and tax ID number of the enterprise, as well as the name, address, ID number and telephone number of the responsible person.

The airfreight forwarding license and a photocopy of it.
