How should ATA Carnet be used for import/export goods to apply for Customs release along the planeside ?

1. Equipments for special purposes, goods for exhibition or samples for the international exhibition display may be applied for planeside release in accordance with ATA Carnet instead of import/export declaration forms.

2. The import goods are exempt from Customs duty, except for Customs service fee, if they are exported on the basis of the original ATA Carnet and reimported within the valid date.
