1. Importing plant species included in the Appendices I and II of the CITES, the importer shall submit the CITES export permit issued by the exporting country to the Customs for clearance. The importers who declare the items mentioned above shall fill in both the scientific name and the common name of the species.

2. Importation of plants shall submit the approval documents issued by the Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) for the Customs clearance.
