The exporter shall declare correctly the source identification code which has engraved on the compact discs. Those who export CD-ROM (Compact discs-Read only memory) which has not engraved the source identification code, when discovered by the Customs, the exporter will be dealt with a fine and the CD-ROM will be confiscated and sampled to notify the authorities concerned according to the provisions in the Anti-smuggling Act , and they will do the further disposal by following the related regulations.
