Passengers carrying goods with ATA Carnet may apply for import/export clearance directly to Customs upon arrival/departure.

(1) Upon Arrival:

Please declare to Customs through the Red (Goods to Declare/Customs Service) Channel and fill in the declaration form.

After the Customs verifying the goods and the documents, the goods will be released without payment of duties and import taxes.

(2) Upon Departure:

By re-exportations/exportations, passengers must show the goods, ATA Carnet documents, boarding pass and other documents attached to the goods for verification by Customs officer at Customs Service Counter.
