What if the imported exhibit goods is not re-exported before the expiring date regulated by the Customs Act?

Imported exhibit goods, while not re-exported before the expiring date regulated by the Customs Act or sold or given away on site, shall be treated in accordance with regulations governing the clearance of regular imports and be levied import duty based on tariff and value assessed by the Customs.
