If the speaker mounted in their enclosures whether contains only one built-in amplifier or not, the Tariff Code should be 8518.21.00 with the tariff rate is free and the commodity tax rate of 10%. For those built-in amplifiers, a certificate of commodity inspection is mandatory just now.
