Taichung Customs is administered by the Director, under whom there are two Deputies, and one chief secretary. There are nine levels of this unit, divided into Clearance Division I, Clearance Division II, Bonding Division, Mobile & Non-Intrusive Inspection Division, Inspection Division, Secretariat, Personnel Office, Budget Accounting & Statistics Office, and Civil Service Ethics Office.
