On June 27, 2025, the Ministry of Finance preliminarily determined that an anti-dumping investigation on beer made from malt originating in or imported from China is affirmative, and the provisional anti-dumping duty has been imposed since July 3, 2025.

The Ministry of Finance agreed to the duty rate 6.37% applied by Tasa Group Joint Stock Company of Vietnam regarding the case of imposition of anti-dumping duty on ceramic tiles originating in or imported from India, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

From June 19, 2025, customs requirements code “Z” for 8903.99.30.20-4 “Other rowing boats and canoes, for pleasure or sports” is added to the Import and Export Commodity Classification of the Republic of China. Please be aware of the changes when declaring.
