In order to strengthen the protection of intellectual property and the facilitation of clearance, the Customs has started to provide electronic image files to the proprietor of a registered trademark or copyright when finding suspected infringing goods since July 1st, 2015, so as to help the proprietor to determine whether to identify the goods on-site or not.
