Import Masks by Express Consignment

According to subparagraph 2, paragraph 1, Article 12 of Regulations Governing Customs Clearance Procedures for Air Express Consignments and Regulations Governing Customs Clearance Procedures for Maritime Express Consignments, customs clearance shall be conducted using a general import/export declaration form, provided that imported goods subject to specific import/export regulations and not meet announced by the customs due to special circumstances. In terms of the regulation as stated above, imported masks which are classifiable in c.c.c.code 6307.90.50.31-1 or 6307.90.50.39-3 by express consignment shall apply to FDA and MOEA for permit in order to complete customs clearance.( MOEA: https://www.trade.gov.tw/Pages/Detail.aspx?nodeID=4070&pid=703895 and FDA: https://www.fda.gov.tw/TC/siteContent.aspx?sid=2237)

Export Masks by Express Consignment

According to Article 12 of Regulations Governing Customs Clearance Procedures for Air Express Consignments and Regulations Governing Customs Clearance Procedures for Maritime Express Consignments, exported masks, which are classifiable in c.c.c.code 6307.90.50.31-1 or 6307.90.50.39-3 by express consignment, and the FOB value of which not more than 50,000 NT may be cleared through simplified declaration.
