Importer, who imports originating goods are compliant with Chapter 4 of Free Trade Agreement between the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the Republic of Nicaragua and importation date from December 21, 2021 to suspension of operation of the agreement, may declare importation as an originating good from Nicaragua to claims preferential tariff treatment with a Certificate of Origin from the Centro de Tramite de las Exportaciones (CETREX) and Declaration of Origin made by importer instead of valid Certificate of Origin.
