MINISTRY OF FINANCE Order is hereby given, for the amendment of Articles 7 and 11 of “Regulations Governing the Implementation of Customs Valuation Advance Ruling on Imported Goods”

This amendment aims to facilitate the advance ruling of imported goods valuation in compliance with international standards. If the result of advance ruling is made based on incorrect or false information provided by the applicant, Customs shall not be bound by such result.
