The amendment on partial articles of "Regulations Governing Customs Clearance Procedures for Air Express Consignments" was promulgated and became effective on Aug 6, 2024.

In order to strengthen the security of cargo storage and movement, establish equipment specifications and review standards for the new air express handling units or air cargo transshipment centers, prohibit express delivery enterprises from grouping or sorting their consignments in warehouses, thereby facilitating sound development of the air express delivery business, the MOF made the amendment to "Regulations Governing Customs Clearance Procedures for Air Express Consignments."
