CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION, MOF Notice is hereby given, for the stipulation to revise “Foreign Exchange Rate Table for Customs Declaration on a Ten-Day Basis” (stipulation shall become effective from July 1, 2025)

The “Foreign Exchange Rate Table for Customs Declaration on a Ten-Day Basis” will add “Vietnamese Dong (VND)” as a currency for customs declaration. The exchange rate is calculated based on the closing price of the Vietnamese Dong to US Dollar in the Hanoi market, as published by the Economic Daily News Asia Currency Market.
