Since August 30, 2024, Timor-Leste has been subject to the tariff rates listed in Column I of the “Customs Import Tariff” schedule.

In accordance with Paragraphs 2 and 4, Article 2 of the General Rules of the Customs Import Tariff and the Executive Yuan’s letter (Document No.: Yuantaicaizi No. 1131028135) dated November 4, 2024, the Ministry of Finance announces that since Timor-Leste became a member of World Trade Organization on August 30, 2024, it is a country that is subject to the tariff rates listed in Column I of the “Customs Import Tariff” schedule.
Servo controllers shall be classified in tariff no 9032.89.90 depending on their character in accordance with Rules 1 and 6 of the General Rules for the Interpretation of the Customs Import Tariff.
