CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION, MOF Order is hereby given for the revision of the Operation Directions on Auditing for Logistics Centers (revised Directions come into force May 7, 2026).

In accordance with the revised Article 27-1 of the Regulations Governing Customs Clearance for Goods in Logistics Centers, if a logistics center operator fails to pay the deficit of the required deposit by the deadline, such failure shall constitute a matter for which correction is required by the logistics center and for which an audit shall be conducted by customs officers.
