CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION, MOF Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Operation Directions Governing Customs Clearance for Goods in Logistics Centers" (revised Directions come into force on January 20, 2026)

In compliance with the amendments to the "Regulations Governing Customs Clearance for Goods in Logistics Centers" published by the Ministry of Finance on January 14, 2025, and to meet practical operational requirements, the customs clearance procedures for the movement of goods between logistics centers and free trade zones have been incorporated into the regulations.
