For all imported goods originating from the Republic of Honduras, the rates listed in column 2 and relevant additional notes in the Customs Import Tariff cease to apply starting from December 6, 2023

The Ministry of Finance (MOF) announced that in response to the withdrawal of the Republic of Honduras from the "Free Trade Agreement between the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the Republic of El Salvador and the Republic of Honduras", for all imported goods originating from the Republic of Honduras, the rates listed in column 2 and relevant additional notes in the Customs Import Tariff cease to apply starting from December 6, 2023.
