MINISTRY OF FINANCE Order is hereby given, for the amendment of partial articles of “Regulations Governing Customs Clearance for Goods in Logistics Centers”

In coordination with the amendment of the pattern of violation and its penalty provisions for autonomously managed firms in Article 15 of the “Regulations Governing the Autonomous Management Implemented by Warehouses, Container Terminals, Bonded Warehouses, Logistics Centers and Other Businesses Designated by Customs”, and to meet the practical management needs of customs authorities, the “Regulations Governing Customs Clearance for Goods in Logistics Centers” has been amended on Jan. 14, 2025.
