On August 12, 2025, the Ministry of Finance (MOF) announced that the imposition period of anti-dumping duty on certain aluminum foil originating in or imported from China will expire on February 21, 2026. If the producers of domestic like products consider it is necessary to continue imposing anti-dumping duty, they shall apply to the MOF within one month from the next day of this notice date.
