MINISTRY OF FINANCE Order is hereby given, for the amendment of Articles 4, 11, and 18 of “Standards of Minor Breaches for the Application of Customs Anti-smuggling Act”

To protect intellectual property rights and strengthen border control, the standards on penalty exemptions have been amended. Under the new provisions, smuggling or trading in smuggled goods that infringe intellectual property rights will no longer qualify for exemption and will be subject to appropriate penalties.
