After receiving approvals from sea or air Customs, forwarders are eligible to declare manifest, transit and transshipment data.

1. Forwarders who complete sea or air transport registration at Customs are eligible to declare multi-country cargo consolidation (MCC；T3), articles for ships (T4), sea-air transport (T5), air-sea transport (T6) and transshipment.

2. Uniform numbers are used as forwarders' identification codes which apply to all Customs nationwide. Customs which accept registrations are responsible for data management and maintenance.

3. Transshipment application code comes in three digits, and please refer to below information.
