Should the manifest be corrected or only the actual number of pieces arrived be entered for short or overflow discharge? Will the transshipment application be compared with the number of pieces in the manifest or the actual number of pieces received?
The corrected manifest for short/spilled discharge cargo should complete the corrected part. Except for T3, all transshipment application forms have arrival notes, so the number of pieces in the manifest should be consistent with the actual number of arrivals.
