1.In accordance with Article 49, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 16, of Customs Act andArticle 35 of its Enforcement Rules.

2.Content: The exemption from customs duty on pharmaceutical products or medical apparatus imported by or donated to government agencies in order to prevent epidemics shall be limited to those used for prevention of epidemics and certified by the authority in charge of pharmaceutical products or medical apparatus.
