An exporter should fill out an export declaration form and submit invoice(s), packing list(s),  letter(s) of authorization, or other required documents (e.g. export permit, certificate of origin, etc.) according to the regulations of the “Standard Classification of Commodity of the Republic of China Code”, compiled by the Bureau of Foreign Trade, MOEA.
