III. Procedure of Clearance

    1. Apply by the passenger (in person)

        a. Original customs receipt for retained baggage.

        b. Original passenger’s passport.

        c. Invoice and other required documents.

    2. Apply by the others authorized by the passenger

        a. Original customs receipt for retained baggage.

        b. Original power of attorney for custom clearance.

        c. Photocopy of passenger’s passport.

        d. Original identification of deputy

        e. Invoice and other required documents.

    3. Formal import clearance

        a. Original customs receipt for retained baggage.

        b. Statement of transference for goods. (Required if the goods belong to the company.)

        c. Photocopy of passenger’s passport.

        d. Power of attorney for declaration.

        e. Invoice / Commercial invoice. (Signed by the seller)

        f. Packing list. (Required if more than 2 cartons in one case.)

        g. Import permit (I/P). (Required if total value exceeds USD 20,000.)

        h. Import declaration form.

        i. Others-subject to laws and regulations governing corresponding articles.

    4. Warehouse fee of NTD 200-500 per 2 months would be charged depends on the weight of goods.
